My Journey to Tai Chi

At 46, I decided it was time to make a change.After years of balancing work, family, and daily responsibilities, I realized my body needed more care and my mind needed more peace.Tai Chi became more than just exercise—it became a way to build strength, improve health, reduce stress, and reconnect with myself.Today, I'm still learning, practicing, and growing every day.My hope is to help beginners discover that Tai Chi isn't about being perfect—it's about taking the first step toward a healthier, calmer life.It's never too late to begin.
